Stress Management through Mindfulness and Meditation
Each week, our workshop will focus on a different aspect of stress management with a view towards promoting wellness. Students can attend the entire series, only some, or even just one workshop. Every workshop will include an informational component, a practical component where we practice a meditation or mindfulness exercise, tips and strategies for application in our daily lives, and open discussion.

10/15: Diaphragmatic breathing – We will discuss stress and its impact on our body and mind, learn a quick, all-purpose breathing technique to “re-set” your stress response, and tips for implementation.
