Including some info on a new class that we’re trying out next week! Animal Flow® is an innovative fitness program that increases mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication. This 45-minute introductory class on Tuesday, May 26 OR Thursday, May 28 at 5:15 p.m. will lead beginners through a series of basic Animal Flow® movements, which are strung together to create a short flow. Class size is limited so register now. Tuesday and Thursday flows will be the same so please register for just one session.
