I am majoring in computer science so I would be pursing software internships. Can you explain how internships can convert to points for URSP. And explain the Summer Undergraduate Research Internship Program. Does this apply to internships outside of UF as well?

Do most of the research related activities provide college credit as well?

If you want to see more specific examples of research in your field just go to the faculty websites of professors in the department you are interested in

@sierra, there are small research awards that you can get through URSP by doing research your second year. This will give you and your research professor a grant
