CITT does training sessions on TEAMS. They have 3 this month. We could probably get them to come over and do a session specifically for COTA.

One of our IT people - Jimmy Anuszewski - is great with MS Teams so he might be a great training resource as well

We are planning (nascent) a 30 min MS Teams "orientation"/basics/tips for the Ex Comm meeting as we begin to ask everyone in that group to work in Teams more and I think we'd be ask Jimmy to do that for us.

I'm working in the Directors' assistants group to provide "quick start" in teams with focus on communication and documents. Everyone is in a different place with it -

And a lot of the time I imagine it to be appropriate for both bringing it to your director AND bringing it to faculty council. Not mutually exclusive most of the time, I would think

Wanted to say that Staff Council has a channel in the COTA Resources team. If, as you discuss how Faculty Council communicates, you want there to be a channel in that COTA Resources team, I'm happy to make Marshall an owner on that team so he could create that.
