Thanks for the overview. Would you clarify how you take into account demand-side factors such as home food practices and infant/young child feeding? Literature has suggested that the reasons why caregivers do not give ASF to children less than 12 months old is not wealth, but related to nutritional knowledge. So how do we incorporate these factors in your proposed framework?

In ref. to qn on ASF incorporation into diets - it would help if national nutritional guidance docs/policies more overtly recommend ASFs rather than the 'nutrient dense' phrasing. Agree nutrition and livestock communities to collaborate

@Andrew: thanks for the comment. True that the national guideline is not explicit. What is concerning is that mothers obtain nutritional knowledge from media and not from nutritionist

FYI- washing teats is only effective if drying is also included. Lack of towels/drying leads to farmers with knowledge not asking if they cannot dry.
