Is there a report to show which recruiting websites we use and/ or other departments use that generate the most applicants? We pay a lot of money for the Science related Career pages and want to see if it is worth it to continue using all of them. Thank you!! 🙂

I would like to make a suggestion. Can we have a fillable pdf form with all of the details IFAS HR, Deans, and Budget offices need that we submit to Susan at the time we need a letter. Emails can include a lot of unnecessary details and it takes time for all of us to read through to find what we need. It would be nice if the Dept Chair received this form to ask for these details at the time of making a verbal offer and making negotiations. Instructions / questions for them... We can use this same form to route to the Deans to sign approving the hire and salary. Thoughts??? I have found that there are a lot of emails for what the Dept admins need to send over and often times they are lengthy emails with Deans approvals buried in there amongst other conversations. :(
