we didn't forget about you Dr. Dourado!

Hi team- when you ask a question, introduce yourselves (first and last name) and tell the panelists something about yourself!

47:50
Agree Holly- also…..pick the right partner ;)

50:56
Agree with Dr Neville, choose partner wisely.

Some little things that can make a difference: 1) budget to buy your time back - the $100 a month I spend to get my house cleaned is hours spent not stressing about it and rather spending time with family/friends 2) turn off your email notifications and have dedicated time to read and respond to them. You’re a doctor, if it’s an emergency someone will call you. That way you’re not responding to emails at night when you’re spending time with family/friends.

54:29
You have more control of your schedule out of residency as well.

54:54
so many different specialties. many with different lifestyles, call patterns/intensity.
