Is there supposed to be a presentation that we are looking at?
Glenn Israel
14:36

Shannon Carnevale
15:54

Pete Vergot
18:35

So why is there a difference in online and in person in counting?
Pete Vergot
20:18
Just like in person we ask that all "moderators" teach something
Alicia Halbritter
21:49
If they are learning the same information (watching the recording versus watching live), cannot we not include those views in our program participants?
Julie McConnell
22:38
We held live webinar with pre-registered Zoom attendees and broadcast on Facebook Live. The people who watched on FB did not register, but we had 20-60 people participating on that platform. Do we have to exclude those people since they were not registered?

What's the difference among Hispanic or Latino? What about Latin-X?
Glenn Israel
29:58
Hispanic or Latino is the USDA's wording but it includes Latinx in my view.

Has or why can’t UF YouTube – be set up to capture all the stats and report them to the producer/Agent/faculty member?
Mike Sipos
33:54
In that case, could the metric "minutes viewed" be an impactful stat we can report?
jhcr
33:56
Many times you go up to see how many views and it does not offer dates of views (e.g., Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2020).

Because those analytics are developed by youtube. We do not have control what the youtube platform tracks. You can potentially set up a google analytics for each link of your video as well if you want more detailed analytics.

Folks, We are developing two new platforms to assist faculty that will replace the need to use Mail Chimp and Eventbrite, coming hopefully in the second quarter of 2021, the goal is to generate reports for ROAs and Workload. Pete

Shannon Carnevale
58:20
Social media contacts seems like a catch-all for everything we don't have a good way to measure; are the numbers entered there actually meaningful to the report you submit?
Pete Vergot
01:02:38
USDA does do audits on All Affirmative action numbers and the ROA POW is the location each faculty member should be reporting
Holly Ober
01:03:01
Should Specialists be collecting data on clientele demographics? If so, where would these data be reported?
Shari Bresin
01:08:35
Not sure if this fact sheet was shared yet: https://pdec.ifas.ufl.edu/workload/WorkloadFactSheet.pdf
Shannon Carnevale
01:08:43
OK. Thank you. Social Media Contact data can be very labor-intensive to count and organize, so I just wanted to be sure that it was a worthwhile effort. :)
Shari Bresin
01:10:13
So if a Facebook Live event had 500 people but there was no registration done beforehand, this would count as social media?
Mike Sipos
01:10:55
Could/is the new UF A.I. looking at ways to capture demographic info on virtual/social media extension programs without the use of registrations?
Pat Williams
