Hello — Just a comment … another good resource to couple with shared decision making is the concept of supported decision making from the disability perspective. The National Arc and Quality Trust have great info on this concept.

My sense is that freestanding children’s hospitals may be more advanced in PFCC than children’s hospitals within a hospital. Has that been your experience as well?
