I see it - that works. In bottom bar, click Participants. It will put the list of participants in the right-hand sidebar. There is a Raise hand button there. I'll test it now.

The proposal is Each university library, if it so chooses, has its own database for eResources bibliographic and related records in partitions similar to the PDA/DDA database. Loading, deleting, and editing records in each institution’s database is done at the discretion of the library’s cataloging staff.
