The purpose of this webinar is to provide public health nurses with knowledge about the Interferon Gamma Release Assay (IGRA) blood tests and how they are used to identify patients with past or recent infection with the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis organism (Mtb). This knowledge will allow nurses to identify which indeterminate or borderline test results require follow-up. During registration, you will be asked a few questions to better understand your context and needs.
